Return, Refund & Exchange

 

Kindly note all purchases made through MISSLILY SHOP are final and there are NO return, refund & exchange.

 

Exchange is only allowed for defective item or error coming from us. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days from the postage date.
No exchange of item/size/colours is allowed once you have placed your order and payment has been made. No cash refund or exchange of item on not suitable, not match or change of mind situation. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being placed and processed. We will not entertain any return, refund & exchange.

Aside, all used points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used points on, you will not get a replacement points as points are for one time use only.

 

Pricing Errors

MISSLILYSHOP reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or any other reason. We also reserve the right to reject/cancel any order you place with us.

 

Sale Items

Items purchased during our sale period are final. All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-enchangeable. We do not accept return, refund & exchange on any sales items purchased during our sale period.

 

Prior to making full payment, please confirm that the item(s), colour, size, quantity and address are accurate.

 

Reminder: We have the right to refuse any direct exchange and refund at our boutique without any confirmation/notice from us.
