Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through MISSLILY SHOP are final and there are no returns/refunds. 


Exchange is only allowed for defective item or error coming from us. No exchange of colours is allowed once you have placed order and payment has been made.

Customers may however make an exchange, no questions asked, within 3 days from arrival of package. All products must be presented in their original packaging, not used, in saleable condition accompanied by the original receipt or a printed email receipt. 

If your exchanged items is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the difference. However, if your exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference. 

Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail.

Sales Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
