* Sales are made on 1st pay 1st served basis.So,kindly drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform that you're interested.
* For reservation, inform me the code item that state below each picture.
* Strictly NO back-outs once order has been placed.
* All items are brand NEW unless stated otherwise.
* Goods sold are NOT refundable. ONLY returnable or exchangable within 1 week. ONLY CLOTH, PANTS & SKIRT CAN RETURN & EXCHANGE.
* After we booked for you but there is no answer within 12 hours, so we don't hesitate canceled your booking.
* We will check all product's condition before being mailed out.
* We are NOT liable for any losses or damages sustained during postage.Purchases made totally at your own risk.
* The items shown in the picture might have slightly different due to lighting.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Refunds are not allowed. However, if the customer is unhappy with the purchase, the customer can return the items to MISSLILYSHOP within 7 days (for local orders) and 10 days (for international orders) . Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with returns label still attached can be returned to MISSLILYSHOP. Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable.
If the item returned is past the allowable date for returns and not deemed returnable, MISSLILYSHOP will notify the customer and customer will have to bear the full cost for re-delivery plus a 20 ringgit (MYR 20) surcharge. If customer has not responded to the notification 10 days after delivery of notification, MISSLILYSHOP reserves the right to claim ownership of items and resell the items on MISSLILY SHOP.The cost of returns is borne by the buyer.
For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify FVSB first athttps://www.facebook.com/mdmlily quoting the order number and product details.
* Payment must be made within 24hours.
* Payment must be made to Maybank / CIMB / Bank Islam account.
* Account number will be provided once order has been confirmed.
* The price stated does not include postage fee.

--> PALING PENTING! DAH BUAT PAYMENT, JANGAN LUPA INFORM LILY! =) PEMBAYARAN YANG TIADA BUKTI TIDAK AKAN DILAYAN.
*kalau nak extent payment boleh je, tapi inform lily awal2 tau! Walaupun dah inform, item anda tak dijamin di HOLD, jika anda membuat bayaran tetapi ada buyer lain sudah buat payment dahulu, wang anda tidak boleh dikembalikan tetapi anda boleh pilih item lain sebagai ganti.
*KEUTAMAAN diberikan kepada yang boleh settle payment dalam 24 jam. 1st PAID 1st SERVE.
--> If you're using online tranfers;
1. Put our email firstname.lastname@example.org at the recipient email.
2. Put your order number at the REMARKS.
3. Inform us after you've successfully tranfers the payment.
4. If you forgot to put our email, you've to print screen the reciept and attach at email@example.com
--> If you make the payment through cash deposit machine/ ATM machine / bank counter;
1. SCAN or SNAP PICTURE of the reciept. (you can use handphone, camera or webcam)
2. Attach the picture at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. OR you can MMS your reciept picture to our staff at 013-4392310.
